President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on establishment of State Fund on IT Development under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies. Under the order, the Fund, to be established under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, aims to support activity on production in IT spheres, involve the foreign and local investments in this sphere. The Cabinet of Ministers was ordered to make proposals on stimulation of activity in this sphere and develop the Regulations about State Fund and submit them to the President within three months and solve the problems arising from the order.
